【Shipping Policy】
Delivery Coverage
Currently, we only deliver to locations within Taiwan’s main island. Delivery to outlying islands (e.g., Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, etc.) is not available at this time. For special delivery requests, please contact our customer service for confirmation.
Shipping Time
Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, shipments will be arranged within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During special promotional periods, shipping times may be separately announced or notified.
Delivery Methods
Shipping is handled through third-party logistics partners (e.g., Black Cat TA-Q-BIN, KERRY TJ, HCT Logistics, Chunghwa Post, 7-11/Family Mart pickup, etc.).
For the Asia-Pacific region, all orders are shipped from our Taiwan warehouse. Outside Taiwan, international courier services offering door-to-door delivery will be used.
Depending on product dimensions and weight, shipping fees may vary. If additional shipping charges are required, our service team will contact you to confirm the amount, which will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
The actual shipping method will depend on the order selection and delivery location.
Important Notes for Receiving Deliveries
Please make sure to provide accurate recipient information (name, address, phone number) to ensure smooth delivery. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any visible damage. If there is any issue, take photos immediately and contact our customer service.
Handling Delivery Exceptions
In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, holiday-related logistics congestion, or labor shortages, delivery may be delayed. We will proactively notify customers and assist in tracking the delivery status.
