Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@volktek.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [4F, 192 Liancheng Rd, Zhonghe, New Taipei 23553, Taiwan]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
For customers who purchase Volktek products, if a product is found to be defective immediately upon unboxing within one month of the shipment date (DOA: Dead-on-Arrival), Volktek will replace the defective product with a new one.
When returning a defective product, it must be ensured that there are no external damages, modifications, scratches, or markings. Additionally, all accessories included with the original shipment must be returned. Failure to comply may result in the customer being charged a handling fee. Furthermore, if the defect is caused by customer misconfiguration or improper usage rather than a hardware issue, the customer will also be required to pay associated processing fees.
For other cases, Volktek will handle defective products through repair services. Customers are requested to send the returned product to Volktek's repair center, and Volktek will return the repaired product to the customer as soon as possible
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Warranty expiration.
- Products or parts that have been altered, or when the serial number label has been removed.
- Issues with product functionality caused by:
- Improper usage.
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification.
- Unsuitable operating environments.
- Improper maintenance.
- Accidents or other reasons.
- Note: Volktek reserves the right to determine whether these conditions apply.
- Product damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, floods, or earthquakes.
- Non-Advantech manufactured products and accessories:
- Warranty follows the standards set by the original supplier.
- Examples: RAM, HDD, FDD, CD-ROM, CPU, FAN, ADAPTER, etc.
- Requests for product upgrades or testing made after the warranty period has expired.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
